Marakez Developments and Its Projects in Egypt

District 5 is located in New Katameya at km 6 of the Katameya–Ain Sokhna Road, about 7 minutes from the 90th Street and 8 minutes from the American University.

The project spans 268 feddans and combines 5 components:

• District 5 Residences for living.
• D5M for shopping and entertainment.
• District 5 Work for offices.
• Club5 for sports and social activities.
• LA7 for restaurants and cafés.

The residential phases include apartments, ground-floor units with gardens, duplexes, lofts and townhouses. Standard unit areas range from 127 to 343 m², with different sizes in some recent releases.

Crescent Walk is located in the 6th Settlement, close to the Middle Ring Road, the Ain Sokhna Road and the extension of the 90th Street. It covers 118 feddans and is built around a green corridor linking the homes to the club, the retail area and the sports facilities.

Its units include:

• Standalone villas.

The current standard area range starts at 118 m², with smaller units appearing in some releases of the project. The instalment plans announced by Marakez extend up to 8 years, while the delivery date varies by phase.

Aeon Towers sits next to Mall of Arabia in 6th of October City, close to Juhayna Square and the 26th of July Corridor. The project covers 21 feddans and consists of 20-storey residential towers and mid-rise buildings linked to gardens and inner courtyards.

Standard areas range from 168 to 518 m², and include serviced apartments and penthouses. The project features:

• Underground parking on 2 levels.
• Swimming pools.
• A children's area.
• An 800-metre running track.
• A gym and a squash court.
• Tennis, padel and football courts.
• A walkway connecting residents to Mall of Arabia.

Mall of Arabia is Marakez's largest retail project in West Cairo. Built on a site of about 882 thousand m², it includes stores, restaurants, cinemas, children's activities, a furniture zone, a hypermarket and a mosque.

At its heart is The Park, which covers about 34 thousand m² of gardens, restaurants and open spaces. The mall is connected to the Aeon residential project by a direct walkway.

D5M is located inside District 5 and hosts fashion, appliance, electronics, cosmetics and service brands, as well as restaurants and entertainment.

The design is built around a central corridor up to 30 metres wide, topped with openings that let in natural light. The mall benefits from the footfall of District 5 residents, business district employees and visitors coming from New Cairo and Maadi.

Mall of Tanta covers more than 33 feddans, with a built-up area of around 60 thousand m² and a leasable area estimated at about 40 thousand m².

The project includes about 140 stores and 30 food outlets, along with a hypermarket, a cinema complex and indoor and outdoor seating areas. It serves the city of Tanta and a number of cities across Gharbia Governorate and the Delta.

Mall of Mansoura is located on the Mansoura–Talkha Road, about 5 minutes from the city centre. It covers an area of around 155 thousand m² and is an open-air mall whose activities wrap around 3 main courtyards.

The master plan includes a 6,000 m² hypermarket, a cinema complex with 8 screens, restaurants, family entertainment and more than 1,850 parking spaces.

Town Center Mall is located at the intersection of the Ring Road and the Cairo–Ismailia Road, near Adly Mansour Station. It opened in December 2020 to serve the areas of El Salam, Suez Bridge, Ain Shams, New Nozha and El Obour.

The project covers 64 thousand m² and has more than 25 thousand m² of leasable space. Its tenants include Carrefour, Mostafa El Sallab and LC Waikiki, along with fashion, appliance, service and restaurant outlets.
