The project follows a low-density concept, with the master plan spanning about 340 thousand m² and holding only more than 600 residential units. This allows more space to be set aside for open areas, walkways and views rather than adding more buildings.
The villas rely on a layout that connects the living areas to the outdoor spaces, with wide openings to make the most of the light and the coastal scenery. The design also takes into account the differing needs of a large family home and a coastal unit used in specific seasons.
Living in a waterfront project does not mean every villa looks directly onto the sea; the actual view depends on the unit's position, height and orientation, and the buildings in front of it.
